APAC June 2021 Promotion Terms & Conditions - AU

Terms & Conditions:

  1. These terms and conditions apply (in addition to Vend’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) to Vend’s 2 months free on annual plans offer (the “Promotion”) conducted by Vend Limited, 2 Nuffield Street, Auckland, New Zealand, 1023 (“Vend”).

  2. The Promotion shall run from 1 June 2021 - 30 June 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).

  3. The Promotion is available to eligible customers only. To be eligible you must, within the Promotion Period:

    1. be a new customer of Vend;
      2. 

    2. activate and pay for a Vend Lite or Vend Pro annual subscription;
      3. 

    3. be located in Australia; and
      4. 

    4. accept these Promotion terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions.
    

  4. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
    5. 

  5. Vend’s decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    6. 

  6. Vend reserves the right to extend, change, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time.
    7. 

  7. To the extent permitted by law, Vend, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
